I WISH, YOU DIE BEFORE ME!!

It was him, her and his cardiac problems. It had been more than 20 years, when he got a severe heart attack and went through a surgery. He had to hug the bed unwillingly for 6 months. Sometimes, he woke up and got his eyes filled; thinking of his children and his wife struggling hard. He had spent sleepless nights thinking about their lives and the burden of his cardiac problem on them.

Now, it  has been 29 years of their marriage. He has got second heart  attack!

"No! The operation is not possible." As the words crossed through her ears, she cried hard. Her days and nights spent with nightmares and negative thoughts.

But, it was their good luck, he was being operated. Also, the operation has been successful.

It was their 30th Marriage Anniversary. Their children threw a party for their Jubilant year of Marriage. After the dance, song and others' speeches, it was the time for them to utter something.

She said looking at him, "I can't think of any moment of my life without the pinch of my sindoor. I REALLY WISH I WOULD DIE BEFORE YOU." Before finishing her words, she got her eyes flooded with tears. She turned her face and try hiding it and handed over the mike to him. He lend his arms to hide herself.

30 seconds passed. She wiped her tears. He said, " I ALWAYS WISH THAT HER WISH COMES TRUE!  I had seen the way she had spent her nights weeping when I was admit. I had seen her dying. I had seen her suffering through the pain even more than me. My closed eyes had seen her checking me 4 to 5 times in a night, whether I am fine or not!" Then turning his face to her and with filled eyes he said, "I can't see you dying from the soul and dragging life helplessly in this body! So, I WISH YOU DIE BEFORE ME! And; the moment just next to it , I."

They both draped over each other and wept hard. There was emotional silence in the air and it was meant to be!😰💓💓
